Mission Statement - The mission of KariJazz is to foster positive and fertile interactions among musicians and fans, to promote the emergence of a Haitian musical expression that draws its essence from the rich Haitian culture as a whole, with a physical envelop built from jazz structures.

KariJazz is a "member-supported" cultural organization working for the advancement and exposure of "Kreyol Jazz". The programs are funded by listeners contributions and memberships.
